How Coaching Works
A clear, step-by-step guide to your coaching journey.

Step 2 Fix How Your Body Moves
Once we identify what's limiting you, we address it directly. That means improving mobility where it's limited, stability where support is lacking, and control so your body can actually use what it has. Corrective work is used strategically so your body can move and function the way it's supposed to.
Step 3 Build Strength The Right Way
Most people try to build strength on top of dysfunction. That's where progress stalls and injuries keep coming back. I make sure your body is prepare to handle the work first so your training stop fighting against you limitations. When movement improves lifts feel smoother, strength shows up faster, and compensation decreases.
Step 1 Identify What's Holding You Back
Every client starts with a targeted movement assessment. I look at how your body moves as a system, where stability breaks down, where control is missing, and where compensations are taking over. Because without identifying the real issue, you end up reinforcing the same patterns that keep you stuck.
Step 4 Progress With Purpose
This isn't about quick fixes. It's about building a body that can handle load, recover better, and continue improving long term. Because when the body works as a unit, your training finally starts paying off.
About Me
My name is Joshua Graziano, and I'm the founder of JG Movement Coaching. For most of my life, something felt off physically, but I didn't fully understand why. I spent years training hard, staying consistent, and doing everything I was told to do, yet my progress never matched my effort. My body constantly felt tight, limited, and like it was working against me. Eventually, I discovered there were underlying movement and stability issues that had never been properly addressed. That realization changed everything. I became obsessed with understanding how the body works, how movement breaks down, and how to rebuild it the right way through stability, control, and intentional training. Now I help people who feel stuck, limited by their body. or frustrated that their hard work isn't translating into results. Because often, the problem isn't effort. Your body just may not be working the way it's supposed to.
